General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between gbk33 ("Platform", "we") and each person who uses this website ("user", "you"). gbk33 is an online betting and casino platform providing digital entertainment services for players in Bangladesh.

In these Terms, "services" refers collectively to the gbk33 website, mobile application, betting and gaming products, payment facilities, and customer support. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use our services.

By using this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. gbk33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on gbk33, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for users aged 21+ only).
• You must be a real individual — registration by corporate entities or bots is not accepted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You must be eligible to use such services under applicable local law.

gbk33 reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account cancellation and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Security & Verification

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

gbk33 reserves the right to initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. If the required documents are not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be delayed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are supported on gbk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No payment methods other than these are accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. If an unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, gbk33 reserves the right to temporarily hold that transaction and request additional information. Funds deposited into the account must be intended for use in genuine gaming activity; attempts to deposit and withdraw solely to take advantage of bonuses will be considered bonus abuse.

At the time of withdrawal, funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. In certain circumstances gbk33 may use an alternative method, and the user will be informed in advance.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

gbk33 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount).

Additional bonus terms:

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus may only be used on specific games — details are listed on the promotions page.
• The bonus amount is held separately from the cash balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• A maximum bet limit may apply while a bonus is active; this will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.
• gbk33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion.

The VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players are automatically promoted to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on gbk33 is conducted under clear rules. The following general rules apply:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error is proven.
• Outcomes in sports betting markets are determined in accordance with the relevant internationally recognised rules.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be voided and the balance returned.
• A faulty outcome in any game (an abnormal win resulting from a malfunction) will be considered null and void.
• All game results are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and operate with a guarantee of fair play.

Markets offered for specific events in sports betting may change depending on circumstances. gbk33 may accept or decline any bet and may set maximum bet limits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbk33 platform:

1. Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
2. Misuse of bonuses or attempting to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
3. Gaining an unfair advantage through software, bots, automated tools, or strategies.
4. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
5. Using another user's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
6. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
7. Attempting to commit fraud in the payment process or using false payment details.
8. Any activity that may damage the platform's reputation or harm other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

gbk33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide the required information or documents during the verification process.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• A court order or government directive is received.
• Where necessary to protect the security of the platform or the interests of other users.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In this case, any active bonuses will be cancelled; however, any verified real-money balance will be returned upon completion of verification.

Limitation of Liability

gbk33 is committed to providing service as a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Issues caused by internet disconnection or third-party service failures.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.
• Security vulnerabilities in the user's own device or network.
• Losses arising from the user providing incorrect or incomplete information.

gbk33 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. The maximum liability will never exceed the actual balance held in that specific user's account.
